What size should I order?
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your pieces really reversible?
Yes. All Descenda Blue designs are fully reversible with clean finishes.

Will the colours look the same in person?
We aim to photograph pieces accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we now ship to NZ, UK, US and Canada!

How long does shipping take?

Australia: Approximately 4–10 business days.
New Zealand: Usually 8–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
United States: Typically 10–18 business days, depending on your location and any customs clearance.
United Kingdom: Usually 10–18 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Canada: Approximately 12–20 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders are packed and sent all by myself and typically leave within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods or launch days, please allow a little extra time.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with live tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Which courier do you use?

Domestic and international orders are sent with reliable tracked services (AusPost or equivalent). The exact service will appear on your tracking email.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, peak postal times, or weather. If your parcel seems unusually delayed, email hello@descendablue.com.au and we’ll look into it for you.

Do you cover customs or import fees?

International orders may incur duties or taxes depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility. Your local customs office can provide an estimate.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days for full-priced items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags and hygiene stickers (for swimwear) attached.

Do you offer refunds?
At this time, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns. Because we produce in small quantities, we don’t have the capacity to handle standard returns like bigger companies.

Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

How do I start an exchange?
Please email us at hello@descendablue.com.au with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item for change of mind. If the item is faulty, we will cover the return postage.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.


Care & Quality

How do I wash my reversible pieces?
Use a cold gentle machine wash, wash inside out, and wash with similar colours. Do not tumble dry. Handle your garments with care to maintain fabric quality.

Are your garments ethically made?
Yes. We work with responsible manufacturers who meet our ethical and quality standards.


Orders & Support

Can I change or cancel my order?
We ship orders quickly, so changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately and we will assist where possible.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will organise a replacement or remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
